Where is Oakham?

By car: Oakham is about 8 miles off the main A1, just north of Peterborough, and around 95 miles from London. Click here for a map. From the High Street, turn into the Market Place and follow round to the left; you can't miss the large school gates.

Airports: the most accessible airport is Stansted (direct train to Oakham), but Heathrow is only around 2 hrs drive. East Midlands and Luton airports are close, too.

Rail: There is a rail station at Oakham, with trains direct from London King's Cross, Leicester, Peterborough, Cambridge and from Stansted airport. The school is a short walk from the station - along Station Road, turn right up Church Street; use the small passageway and gate on the left after the Church.
